TIPS
The breakfast at Four Seasons is open until 11:30. It is really too humane. I have to praise this. On weekends and holidays, you should sleep in and catch a late market. If you are not careful, you will eat brunch. Haha

WL BISTRO

The Sands Hall on the Michelin list is a Chinese restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in West Lake, Hangzhou. The environment is beautiful, the service is meticulous, the dishes are rich and the production is excellent. The spacious and bright restaurant, the floor-to-ceiling windows face a huge pond, feels elegant, calm and relaxing. After sitting down, I came to West Lake Longjing, fragrant and sleek, and then an appetizer snack. I chose the same old man with Yunnan Sichuan fusion flavor, some local dishes in Zhejiang, seasonal tonic salmon, fresh and delicate black truffle vegetarian steamed dumplings. I went to Hangzhou last week. After climbing the mountain in Longjing Village and having a farm meal, I took a Didi to the West Lake. Climbing the mountain was tiring. Although I drank 9 cans of Sprite during the meal, I still went to Starbucks to buy Frappuccino. The kids also enjoyed it. The Starbucks in this area is not bad. The standard cup was enough. In the late spring and early summer, it is really comfortable to sit outdoors at the West Lake Four Seasons and enjoy delicious food. There are no noisy crowds, only free birds. The waiters respond quickly, the service details are acceptable, and the food tastes good. The portion looks small, but I am full after eating the whole set.

虽然是美食周的菜单，但是服务还是很好的，选了一个三文鱼和一个饲谷牛肉，中规中矩，说惊艳谈不上，七成熟感觉稍稍有些老了。餐前饮料好喝，甜品有点腻。
